This Privacy Policy explains how Sikasio (“Sikasio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a digital product company based in Cairo, Egypt, collects, uses, and protects information across our websites, digital products, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools. Sikasio is the data controller for the personal information described here. A specific product may provide its own additional notice; where one exists, it applies to that product in addition to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information across our products in a few ways:

• Account information. When you sign in — including through a third-party authentication provider — we receive basic profile details such as your email address, name, and avatar, so we can create and secure your account.
• Usage and product data. Information about how you use a product, such as the features you access, your settings, in-product progress, and basic technical/diagnostic data needed to deliver and secure the service.
• AI interactions. For AI-powered products, the messages and prompts you send to the in-product AI are processed to generate responses.
• Support and enquiries. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your message and contact details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and secure our products; to authenticate your account; to process purchases; to generate AI responses where you use AI features; to respond to support requests; to improve our products; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Third Parties & Processors

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. These fall into the following categories:

• Authentication providers — that enable secure sign-in to your account.
• Payment-processing providers — including our Merchant of Record, which processes payments and billing and handles applicable tax.
• AI providers — that process the prompts you send to in-product AI to generate responses, where you use AI features.
• Analytics providers — that help us understand and improve how our products are used.
• Hosting & infrastructure providers — that store data and serve our products securely.

We share information with these providers only as needed to deliver the relevant functionality.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate our products. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our products, and afterwards only as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account directly within our apps where self-serve account deletion is offered, and you can also contact us to exercise any of your rights. Children’s Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

International Data Transfers

We operate from Egypt and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products evolve or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
