Terms of Service

Sikasio provides design, development, and branding services as agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

We reserve the right to subcontract portions of the work to qualified third parties when necessary, while maintaining responsibility for the quality of deliverables.

Each project begins upon mutual agreement of the project scope and signing of a project proposal or contract. Changes to the agreed scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

Both parties agree to collaborate in good faith, provide timely feedback, and supply necessary materials and approvals to ensure project success. Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials may affect the project timeline.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones or completion.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on the corresponding project phase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in work suspension until outstanding balances are settled.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Sikasio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

Pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and reusable code libraries developed by Sikasio remain our property. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these components as part of their delivered project.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project relationship.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from third parties without restriction.

Sikasio warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a warranty period as specified in the project agreement during which we will address bugs or defects in our deliverables at no additional cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sikasio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Upon termination, Sikasio will deliver all completed work and materials to the client within a reasonable timeframe, subject to receipt of all outstanding payments.

These Terms of Service and any project agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Sikasio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
